Immer sofort erkennen, was im Glas ist. Auf den mit Kreide Stifte beschreibarem Deckel kreativ den Inhalt beschreiben. Leicht zu reinigen und immer wieder verwendbar. Das spart Müll und ist eine nachhaltige Form des Labeln.

Gemüse in das Jar, Glasgewicht hinein und Deckel drauf. So simpel ist die Anwendung der Pickle Pipes von Mason Tops. Es muss kein Wasser nachgefüllt oder Gase abgelassen werden. Durch den höheren Innendruck öffnen sich die Einkerbungen, Gase entweichen und verschließen sich danach gleich wieder. Es kann kein Sauerstoff in das Jar.

Bei hygienischer Anwendung das beste System zur Fermentation und Aufbewahren von kleineren Mengen im Haushalt.

Leckere Rezepte mit Karotten, Spitzkohl oder für ein Kimchi sind einfach damit umzusetzen.
